Freight Manifest

Customers who hold a credit account with W H Barley use our online booking portal. However, in instance where it is not available then this document should be completed and return it by either fax or email.

Third Party Collections

If, as an account holder, you wish to organise the collection of freight from an address within the UK and have these goods delivered to either your premises or any other address in the UK - the form below is provided to request such collection/deliveries.

Non-Account Shipping Request

Customers who do not hold a credit account with W H Barley, must complete this document and return it by either fax or email as confirmation of their acceptance of our terms and conditions. However, please remember that you can use our Paypal-enabled, Online Portal as well!
